When you’re not really staff it can either go really good or really bad… This contract overall has been really bad!!!! Can’t wait to leave, So tonight I got to work and I’m not on the assignment! The manager is like you’re pulled to 4 east… My response: No I’m not, floating to any unit other than the Family Birth Center is not in my contract! She then says Im sorry I will call and make some changes. Basically if you don’t speak up they will try you! It’s very important to follow your contract, that’s the whole point of having the contract!

Nothing worst than a clogged PEG tube and a nurse reporting they did flushes & residuals… Yeah OK, sure!!! All I’m saying is flush the damn PEG after meds!
