Finding Myself
As I continue my nursing journey Im starting to feel like Im approaching a fork in the road. Im a 3.5 years experienced RN with the desired to make graduate school my next step. The problem is I have not made it to the specialty of choice yet so Im having a hard time trying to pick my masters program. I have always wanted to do Labor & Delivery and Public Health nursing. So those two are opposite spectrums of nursing and I have never worked full time in either area. I have touched both areas briefly in my career however. Just confused and venting. lol I know its time for growth in my career, I just need to figure myself out first. Thats why Im traveling until I find myself…
But then there’s the struggle of picking a “settle” location… I love Atlanta and I did enjoy Dallas too… Or I could always settle back in Baltimore….

No I was fortunate to have two student nurse positions in school which guaranteed me a job.
